All Promote/Get-Out-The-Vote services and data sales are final at time of purchase.  ElectionMall Inc. does not provide any refunds for the aforementioned services.  In regards to Voter Email Data or ElectionMall’s failure to provide a Promote/Get-Out-The-Vote service once payment and content have been received in a timely manner, ElectionMall may credit the customer’s account at ElectionMall Discreation for future purchases with ElectionMall Inc.
